The company, Mass gear, was established in the year 1993 at Howrah, West Bengal as a tiny unit with only a few Machineries and a small work force. At the very beginning the activities were limited to manufacturing & Execution of small job work for the Steel industries based on West Bengal. As time rolls, with sustained and sincere effort, the company performance and growth has been tn the ascending track of success. Within a span of 3-4 years, the company has secured its position firmly in the industrial network and simultaneously started working with Steel Plants all over India. The name of premium customers like Durgapur steel plant, Rourkela IISCO, Bokaro, Bhilai and Vishakhapatnam Steel Plant were soon included in our folder of premium Customers. With this inclusion and subsequent enrichment in manufacturing capacity, the horizon of work expanded faster and the company started to grow as a name of trust in the field of Power Transmission Equipments.

In the year 2000, Mass Gear has planed to enhance Manufacturing capacity in a big way and established a 2nd factory of20,000 sq. ft. covered area with modem handling facilities at Howrah, West Bengal. This particular shop was equipped with updated machinery and instruments to undertake manufacturing, Assembly and testing under the same roof. This factory is presently ready to manufacture Precision quality Gear Box and other critical mechanical equipments with and infrastructural access to Design, development and quality assurance.

In Mass Gear we have always concentrated on value based quality and services to our Customers. In this long and eventful journey, we have come across severe adversity at different stages, but tried to remain focused on the basics of entrepreneurship i.e. Quality, Commitment & Response. We keep our constant endeavor to upgrade and customize our services by implementing Total Quality Management as an integral part of manufacturing.
